At Our Store, we understand that situations may change and you may change your mind, so we provide a 24-hour cancellation policy: orders canceled within 24 hours of purchase qualify for a full refund.
For shipping:
- Retail orders: dispatched within 24 hours
- Wholesale orders: dispatched within 3 business days

Exceptions to the Cancellation Policy
Please note that we CANNOT accept cancellation requests once the order has been shipped. Once your package has left our warehouse, unfortunately, we are unable to reverse the process.
