1. What kind of shoes do you wholesale?
We mainly wholesale men's shoes, women's shoes and kids's shoes.
2. What's your MOQ (minimum order quantity)?
The MOQ is 50 pairs , very friendly for starters.
3. How soon can you ship?
We ship within 3 days after payment confirmed.
4. Can I get a sample?
Yes, samples are available. You need to pay for the product and the shipping fee.
5. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept PayPal,bank transfer, and other secure wholesale payments.
6. Can we customize our own logo/design?
We support customization for bulk orders. Contact us to discuss.
7. Do you accept returns or exchanges?
A: After receiving the shoes, you have 30 days to decide whether the shoes are suitable for you. Please contact us within 30 days of delivery for returns or exchanges.
B: Returned items must be in unused condition and include the original packaging. We do not accept returned items that are worn, damaged, washed, or otherwise altered.
C: We will not accept any returned items without a proper return request.
D: We do not offer Freight Collect (FTC) services for returns. The return shipping cost is the responsibility of the customer.
